About Cash

Good coaching starts with what actually happened.

Cash is AI sales coaching for the trades. It gives managers recorded conversations, company-playbook scores and specific moments to work through with their reps.

Every conversation counts.

Hear the conversation behind the result

An appointment outcome gives the team a result to record. Reviewing the conversation gives a manager something specific to discuss with the rep: what the homeowner asked, how the explanation unfolded and what to practice next.

Cash puts the recording, playbook breakdown and coaching priorities into that discussion. Your manager brings the context, hears the rep's side and decides what to work on together.

Useful work between sales meetings

The resource library starts with HVAC replacement consultations and plumbing service-call communication. Use the appointment guide to prepare a review, the worksheet to plan a debrief, or the calculator to work out how much coaching fits into the week.

The guides draw on public trade education and include Cash's own review questions and practice scenarios. Sources are linked where their guidance is discussed; a source link does not imply an endorsement of Cash.

How to read examples and calculations

Educational scenarios explain a coaching decision without using a customer recording. They should be adapted with a qualified practitioner before becoming a company standard. A conversation example does not establish technical accuracy or a promised commercial result.

The capacity calculator applies transparent arithmetic to the visitor's assumptions. The manual scorecard summarizes the visitor's assessments. Neither tool supplies an industry benchmark, a customer-success claim or a prediction of revenue.
